Your life doesn’t happen in one place.
You may live outside Pretoria, travel frequently, or prefer to meet from home. Online sessions offer another way to access the practice. We welcome enquiries from across South Africa for individual and couples appointments.
Before you begin, the practitioner will discuss your needs and whether an online format is suitable. Some circumstances call for in-person or local support; the format should serve the person, not the other way around.
A familiar place to meet.
We’ll confirm your platform and send your appointment link before you meet. Open that link a few minutes early, settle into a private space, and we’ll take it from there.
When arranged on Google Meet, use the link sent for your session. Check your camera and microphone before joining.
Prefer Microsoft Teams? Ask the practice whether it can be arranged for your appointment.
Your confirmed appointment determines the platform. Platform names identify the meeting service; they do not indicate a partnership.
What you’ll need
- A private place where you can talk
- A reliable internet connection
- A device with camera and microphone
- Headphones if they help with privacy
- The agreed appointment link
- A plan if the connection drops
Confirm the platform and joining instructions with the practice. If you are attending as a couple, discuss whether you will join from the same space or separately. Test your device before the first meeting so you can arrive without rushing.
Prepare for the conversation.
Allow a little time before and after the session. Let your practitioner know where you are physically located, and discuss privacy, connection problems, and how to access local support if needed. Appointment times are arranged in South African Standard Time (UTC+2).
You do not need to send a detailed history through WhatsApp. Use the initial message to ask about availability, your preferred format, and current fees.
Living outside South Africa?
The practice advertises online offerings for the United Kingdom and Europe, with fees in pounds and euros. International appointments are considered by arrangement. Tell the practice your country and time zone so they can check suitability, professional scope, and any local requirements before accepting a booking.

Can couples attend online?
Enquire about a joint online appointment. Your practitioner will discuss the setup and assess whether online couples work is suitable.
Is the fee different online?
Ask the practice for the current fee for your practitioner and session type. Confirm payment and cancellation arrangements before booking.
Will my session be recorded?
Discuss the practice’s confidentiality and recording policy before the session. Do not record a session without explicit agreement from everyone involved.
