A WhatsApp or email enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Confirm your practitioner, date, time, format, duration, current fee, payment arrangements, and cancellation policy with the practice. The practice has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Payment is due on the session day when you receive the invoice, or at the practice for an in-person appointment. Sessions cannot be claimed from medical aid.
Online and international sessions
Online appointments are subject to suitability and practical arrangements. International enquiries also depend on the practitioner’s scope and requirements where you are located. Confirm your location and time zone before booking.

External services have their own terms. The practice is not an emergency service and does not promise immediate replies through the website or messaging channels. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
